Partner disclosure

We believe customers should understand how our commercial relationships work before choosing a provider.

How we may be paid

Your Launch Desk may receive a commission when an eligible customer follows our referral and activates a product or service with a selected partner. A commission does not increase the price charged by the provider unless expressly stated.

Partner-funded services

Some partner programmes may contribute towards the cost of our website or marketing services for eligible businesses. Availability is not automatic. We disclose the provider, qualifying customer action and material conditions before you apply.

Independent decision

A commercial relationship may influence which providers are available through our service. It does not replace your own review of the provider’s fees, features, eligibility rules and legal terms.

No guaranteed approval

All account and product applications are reviewed by the relevant provider. We do not control identity checks, business verification or approval decisions and cannot submit an application on a customer’s behalf.
